阿膠怎么煮簡單做法

阿膠簡單做法如下:

用料:阿膠塊240g、黃酒500g、核桃仁200g、紅棗200g、桂圓肉200g、黑芝麻100g、枸杞50g、冰糖100g。

步驟:

1、用的是這個塊狀的阿膠塊。

2、將阿膠塊用刀背敲碎成小塊,用黃酒浸泡三天我用砂煲熬阿膠,所以直接泡在煲里?,F(xiàn)在天氣有些熱,浸泡時放冰箱冷藏室里,為防止黃酒揮發(fā),要蓋上蓋子。

8、把煲內(nèi)食材倒進(jìn)準(zhǔn)備好的容器里上面再蓋上一層保鮮膜,用干面杖或手將表面整理平整。速度要快,不然阿膠凝結(jié)就沒法操作了。最后放冰箱里冷藏兩個小時以上。

9、拿出,用鋒利的刀子切成塊狀即成。
